They fixed it!

I don't understand how we got here. The devs made such an amazing game able to be expanded upon both in gameplay and lore with such a solid base. They got the support and names of several big names who voiced characters and helped advertise the game but then never pushed it further. Even as the devs abandoned it, all the game really needed was a few balance tweaks and it could have happily stayed in stagnation with stable numbers and a dedicated fan base. Instead they decided to kill it. This is a tragedy and a huge loss for a game that should have been by all means a easily remembered part of gaming history. The devs didn't even have the curtesy to announce that they were shutting down the servers, or take down the skins in the steam store so people aren't buying dlc for a now dead (more like murdered) game. This game will be missed by those who played it, and those who didn't have a chance will now never know what they missed.

Edit: We are so back! And it's better then ever! The community is friendlier then it was back in the day and the games are even more fun. What a time to be alive!

Overpriced, unbalanced, grindy, toxic community, do not recommend even to my worst enemies. The only fun part of this game is putting bloodpoints into the bloodweb to unlock stuff, the actual matches are infuriating and bland. As a killer you will be chasing survivors around the same rock for minutes on end only to get a pallet slammed on your head, flashlight blinded then continue to chase to the next rock to do it all again. As survivor you will either be paired with braindead teammates who hide in the corners of the map the whole game or actively give away your location to the killer while you are working on gens. When the actual game part of your game feels like a chore to play to be able to watch a line go to an icon over and over again you know you have failed at game design. Also the devs want to go into NFTs. Do yourself and your IQ a favor and go play an actually good game.

Fun, fully fleshed out tower defense game with a ton of charm. Brings you back to the days of playing flash games in school.
