Irei ensinar a fazer churros!

Ingredientes

2 xícaras de água
2 colheres (sopa) bem cheias de margarina ou manteiga
1 pitada de sal
2 1/2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
Óleo para fritar
Doce de leite ou chocolate para rechear

Como preparar:

Leve a fogo uma panela com a água, a margarina e o sal
Quando ferver, apague o fogo e coloque a farinha de trigo
Mexa bem, até formar uma bola e desgrudar da panela
Frite em óleo bem quente, no máximo 3 churros por vez
Recheie com doce de leite, chocolate ou outro de sua preferencia
