very fun chill game that you can just get lost in
i have procrastinated on so much homework just because of the cycle of "go out to get slimes and food and materials" -> "take care of the ranch"

Played this before seeing the movie. Here's my review of them both.

Game: B-
Great atmosphere, but not much else to it. Literally, it builds up to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ png jumpscare

Movie: B-
A majority of the movie is B to A- material. Like, it actually builds up the world that is present in the game. It's awesome. Only reason it gets the same grade is cuz there is one segment with awful pacing that legit made me want to play League of Legends (derogatory)

Even with that awful pacing, I'd watch the movie again over playing this. Ain't worth the money sadly imo

This was quite fun and very funny.

For $3, there's a decent amount of content IF you're an achievement hunter, have friends who have this game, or like infinite modes in roguelikes. If you don't meet any of the mentioned criteria, only get it if it is on sale.

The story mode can be beaten in 20-30 minutes, and it isn't that compelling outside of the initial novelty of the concept. As for the infinite roguelike and multiplayer modes, they can be fun, but can get old quite quickly.

Game is overall very polished. An example that I love is the slight shaking of when you hold the gun in singleplayer. The only flaw imo is the lack of content/replayability, but I mean, it's a $3 game. You shouldn't expect that stuff with this cheap of a game.

It's more Hollow Knight gameplay, but with a much more acrobatic moveset and a better story imo. Quest system was a real nice addition, and I loved the tool system.

Not much more I can say about it. It just was a very solid game.

I like to think of this as a co-op puzzle survival game, as finding the right places to climb feels puzzle-y.

And it's very fun to play with friends.

Been playing this for so long and I'm still not a master.
If you like survival games, you'll get your money's worth and then some with this game

Short and sweet
Is unsettling/scary. Unsure if that's cuz it's good horror or it's my cowardice
Most likely a combination of both

Physics games are funny
Co-op games are funny
Horror with friends is funny

Mix 'em all together and you get this gem

Am glad they changed the logo from the Taxman solely due to some of my friends not knowing how to separate a book from its cover

Really liked the first game and liked this one as well

Am interested in seeing how the story develops
