Great game, terrible developer.
If you ban paying customers, just don't take their money in the first place.

It's not a competitive game, it's a coop game in closed lobbies. Even banning cheaters is borderline scam in this case.
Banning for people modding the game, just to remind you: it is not competitive, not pvp and not hurting the monetization.
Why on earth?

Content-wise there is a lot of potential which is not being built on.
OH WHAT I CAN TALK TO THE GHOSTS? COOL.
Well, no. The ghost doesn't answer you at all actually. You just hear the same stuff all over again.
Even a "yes" "no" would feel so much more immersive than "...elderly victim...".
"Are you friendly?" "Elderly victim"

The game features a bunch of different ghosts... which behave literally the same.
All will hunt you, all have a mix of 3 traits you can identify them through.
Why is there not a single type that does not hunt?
Why the ♥♥♥♥ would a demon not possess someone for example? Nah, it just hunts.
Spirit? Hunts.

There clearly is potential for mods to improve those issues, but nah man. Imagine people would start cheating.
Cheating in a 4 player coop game? Well, yes. Cause... you see, this game features a level system.
God forbid people would have proper fun with mods instead of extending their playtime through grinding.
I mean, do you want to live in a world German ghosts ride on dinosaurs in? That's what I thought.

However, I will still play the game. It is quite fun anyway. If I knew what I wrote earlier, I wouldn't have given them any money.

Just what the game needed

After playing this I will not be able to play ARK ever again.

When I come back to my base in ARK, the dinosaurs just idle around. They feel more like machines.
Everytime I come back to my base in Palworld, my Pals are working on something, sleeping, sometimes they get sick and need meds. It feels so much more alive.

Building system is less painful, the world is more colorful.

This game is pure sex ngl

Doesn't sound terrible? Well, it is tho.

When this is the only Ubisoft game you play from time to time, it might happen that you forget your password.
When you ♥♥♥♥ up multiple times to guess what password you used for it, you are allowed to wait an unknown amount of time before you can try again.
