One of the best friendslops out there, it even supports crossplay so you don't have to exclude your friends who somehow still own a gaming console in the grand 2026. They need to add more content and cosmetics though.

The gameplay is fun, but that's basically the only thing done right in this game.
That being said, EA's Skate. is utterly soulless, and it's plain to see that it's made by people with neither love nor even understanding for the culture they’re exploiting.
Character customization sucks, the face models look literally dysgenic, and there’s a very slim selection of clothes/board parts to choose from. Of course, the only noteworthy items are the premium ones you have to pay real money for. This is especially painful, as customization was amazing and played a huge part in the previous game.
The map is repetitive and boring, lacking the natural flow you could enjoy in Skate 3, a few seconds of skating, and you're forced to go uphill again.
The soundtrack is mediocre at best, okay enough not to be annoying, but not good enough to be memorable.
All of this is accompanied by no real story, just some bothersome tour guides, no cameos from real pros, and bugged multiplayer.

It's tragic to see a game we waited 15 years for turn out worse in every aspect than its predecessor, except for some minor QoL improvements.

Every aspect of this game is a pinnacle of perfection, from the remarkably written characters, immersive and gripping storytelling to the timeless gameplay. The soundtrack is an unforgettable masterpiece. It’s not often that you can find a game that feels fresh and nostalgic at the same time. 10/10, can't sex the nurse tho :/
