Ugnsfalu med bostongurka och paprika

Låt klassikern falukorv i ugn stå på middagsbordet ikväll och upplev ljuva barndomsminnen. Varva korv och tomater och toppa gratängen med chilisås, senap, bostongurka och tillslut ströbröd för en liten uppdaterad variant av rätten, men ack så smakrik. Serveras såklart med potatismos, och krispig spetspaprika.

Gör så här:
Sätt ugnen på 225°C.
Potatismos: Skala, dela och koka potatisen.
Ugnsfalu: Skiva korven och lägg den omlott i en ugnssäker form. Skiva tomaterna och lägg dem mellan korvskivorna. Bred chilisås, senap och bostongurka över korven och toppa med ströbrödet. Sätt in formen mitt i ugnen ca 20 minuter.
Starta timer
Till servering: Skiva paprikan.
Potatismos: Värm mjölken. Krossa potatisen med en visp och rör ner mjölken. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
Servera korven med mos och paprika.
