Solid metroidvania game. The mechanics are fun, the game looks gorgeous, the voice acting is fantastic - all around this is a great game. My only complaint is that the level design (while visually gorgeous to look at) is very large but relatively empty, and travel points are few and far between, making traversing back and forth for objectives tedious.

EDIT: It looks like they've added 18 additional fast travel points in a more recent patch! This company definitely listens to player feedback, I've seen them make multiple updates since I originally played.

Very much a Left 4 Dead atmosphere with Borderlands gameplay. Feel like there could have been more added to the content, but what's there is a lot of fun. Sometimes the story can also be hilariously overdramatic or just fails to do drama well - whether that's good or bad is for you to decide.
