¿Cómo hacer Salsa Chancho en Piedra?
Ingredientes
Ingredientes


2 dientes de ajo, picados pequeño
1 cucharadita de Sal de Mar Gourmet
½ cucharadita de Mix de Pimienta Gourmet
1 ½ cucharada de Orégano Entero Gourmet
4 tomates
1 ají verde picado pequeño
½ cebolla picada en cubos pequeños
2 cucharadas de vinagre de rojo
3 cucharadas de aceite maravilla
¿Cómo preparar receta?
Preparación



Poner los ajos, la Sal de Mar Gourmet, el Mix de Pimienta Gourmet y el Orégano Entero Gourmet en un mortero de piedra y machacar hasta moler e integrar los ingredientes.
Cortar los tomates en cubos pequeños y ponerlos en el mortero, agregando todo el jugo y semillas que hayan soltado al cortarlos.
Añadir la cebolla, vinagre y aceite. Y con la piedra del mortero machacar hasta tener una salsa.
Probar y sazonar con más sal, pimienta u orégano.
Esta salsa también se podría hacer en un procesador.
