Applies professional experience and/or knowledge of people expertly to forecast outcomes with at least 90% accuracy. Others trust their judgement because the choices have usually been good. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully. Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective.
