Q - What is Seasonalander?
A - Seasonalander is a fundraising passion-project event hosted by IanTheAwsm that started in the fall of 2020, as an attempt to unite the Team Fortress 2 community for many more great causes in a unique fashion. The event is hosted roughly every nine months to cover the basis of the four seasons of the year. Each event will run eight predetermined single-class "Highlander" teams on three community-created maps featured around the current northern-hemispheric season. The gameplay throughout the event is intended to be leaning on the casual side of the gameplay spectrum; a break from the norm of the competitive meta in order to welcome those who would like to try diversity while still playing the game we all love towards a worthy cause each and every time.

Q - Can I join Seasonalander?
A - From time to time we may reach out to different creators from various regions of the TF2 sphere who uphold a positive and optimistic reputation alongside creating and sharing content for the game we all love! That being said we will invite someone when the time comes and the space allows and not necessarily based on personal requests or references.

Q - How much has Seasonalander raised over the years?
A - As of November 7th, 2025 we are happy to announce that we've raised over $9,800 USD through seven different campaigns and growing! Onward and upwards!

Q - Where did you come up with the name 'IanTheAwsm'?
A - I created this name as a compliment to my brother's initial account name back in 2014. Though most apps had the grammatically correct form already taken by someone else so I ultimately decided to shorten it.

Q - Outside of TF2, what other games do you enjoy?
A - You can often find me playing Minecraft, Pokémon GO, Counter Strike 2 as well as the occasional indie game.
