This what my favorite shooter years ago on PS3, and in my eyes it still holds up 100% with todays graphics and gameplay.

It's a fun game for both the competitive and casual in my opinion. A good game to just hop in and enjoy some fast paced combat.

I notice characters hygiene is about half full, *shower* *brush teeth* *wash hands*, then its bed time so *sleep*, character wakes up and its hygiene is almost empty....Then while showering shower breaks down an hour before work, while repairing shower gets electrocuted, then proceeds to repair shower and *shower*. 11/10 Would shower again

Day Z in my opinion is often looked down upon because of its bugs and the fact that it's been in Alpha for as long as it has been. But all great games begin somewhere, the only difference is that the creators of Day Z let us participate in the development of the game, anyways.... on to game play! Day Z can be really fun whether you like playing Hero, Pack rat (me), Bandit, or Survivor play style. Same goes with playing solo or with a group, there's many advantages and disadvantages to both. For example if you play solo a lot then you're going to be able to travel more quickly since you won't have to wait for anyone, also you won't have to split the loot with anyone else (not a problem with me,I like sharing :P), but if you're alone then you're more likely to lose gunfights and you won't be able to loot as much considering you can only carry so much. As for being in a group the advantages are as listed,except the ones listed obviously in the disadvantages portion of solo game play, you will be able to socialize which is a big deal in surviving the apocalypse, also you and your group can learn more about the game by helping each other, and just plain ole assisting your group. Such as when someone has a broken limb, and especially when someone goes unconscious. As for specific things in the game, guns, weapons, items, vehicles, these are all subject to change, but the game play that I just described is here to last. Overall I believe this game is a sound investment that has payed me back constantly through amazing social experiences.

I really do wish i could like this game but having played the newer arma games and seeing their graphics makes me unable to withstand the old graphics in this game for more than 15 minutes.

Very good game only occassional problems, but the fact of the matter is that for one reason, and this is my own opinion, when I am playing multiplayer id prefer to be able to contact my teammate, which I am easily able to do on the website. Other than that It's a great game that I'd recommend to anyone.
