Jæja þar sem þetta profile hefur ekki mikið til að sýna þá skal ég kenna hvernig maður gerir Íslenskar pönnukökur:
3 dl hveiti
1 msk sykur
5 dl mjólk
1/2 tsk lyftiduft
2 egg
1/2 tsk vanillu extract eða dropar
30 g brætt smjör
Aðferð:
1.Setjið þurrefnin saman í skál og blandið vel saman, hellið 3 dl af mjólk saman við, hrærið saman í kekkjalaust deig.
2.Bætið einu og einu eggi saman við og hrærið vel.
3.Bætið því sem eftir er að mjólkinni saman við deigið og vanillunni, blandið vel saman.
5.Hellið smjörinu saman við deigið og blandið því vel saman við.
Hellið þunnu lagi af deiginu á pönnuna og bakið pönnukökuna þar til hún er farin að þorna á yfirborðinu. Snúið pönnukökunni við og bakið kökuna þar til hún verður ljósbrún á hinni hliðinni.
Það er ómissandi að mínu mati að drekka heitt súkkulaði með pönnukökum.
