The campaign is fine, could be better but that should have it's own place for a review.

The only thing Infinite about the game right now is how poor of a state it's in. The SEVERE lack of features that were in practically every game before it is appalling. Playlists, Forge, Co-op, etc. you name it. The gameplay is good when it actually decides to work, but thats the biggest problem for me personally. At first I was willing to put up with all the nonsense but at this point it's gotten very old. It's been six months and i'm still getting shot through walls, still getting phantom melee hits, still getting bullets that seemingly do no damage. That's not even considering the monetization that comes standards with games now a days. It's a live service game and we're barely getting patches monthly from a studio that's owned by a billion dollar company. 343 needs to be gutted from the top.

Maybe the game'll be in a respectable state in a year's time; maybe everyone will have jumped ship. Who knows.

First off, let me start by saying I'm not one of those neckbeards that froth at the mouth over the mention of Fatshark, but I understand that things take time to do.

Fatshark is not perfect, but no one is; given enough time they'll fix whatever up good, and they've done it with this game. Over the past month or so Fatshark has really ironed out some real big issues with the game, and I'd say it has definitely improved a lot since release, barring a few features that they should have had by now like a proper host migration feature. Other than that a few odd glitches here and there which will happen because it's a video game, the gameplay is solid and still keeps me coming back for more at 400+ hours, and the dialogue is really interesting to me, especially considering I was never really into Warhammer before the first game and this one. The maps are all good with a few exceptions like certain maps (you know who you are) coming up constantly in the Quickplay rotation. The recent 1.30 patch rebalanced a lot of the weapons in the game, if not all of them, and are perfectly viable and fun to use if you want to switch it up.

Overall it's a great game, now more than ever, and here's to another 400 hours if not more for me.
