Wonderful game, responsive devs, semi-frequent updates with good development into it, and all for a cool 8 dollars. game needs more recognition for how well put together it is and the love and support the devs put into it. 10/10 needs more sand.

The game is really, really fun, and is unique in its style. I'm a very big fan of games utilizing roguelike/lite elements, and the cooking and killing management is very nice to go though. i've looked at a few of the other reviews, who have been saying the game is unplayable without a controller, but I've found no difficulty with it. WASD to move, Q & E to move through pages, shift to dash once you unlock it, F to interact with everything, and space to attack, works perfectly fine with how the game operates, and i don't see the reason for mouse support for it, though it would be nice to have for those who want it. all in all, its a great game to build up over time, and then work through the worlds is a fun experience for me. how you level up and upgrade things sort of reminds me of Rogue Legacy, which just makes it better in how i feel how the game plays.

outstanding game, though DLC is a bit pricey at times.

so, basically i got this game because well, homestuck, and because it looked and sounded good. do i regret buying the soundtrack? no. did i run into any bugs? one, where i couldnt pick up the key to the attic, but it fixed itself after i left and reentered the room. i got 3 1/2 hours out of this game just playing i causually(i couldnt find 1 or 2 items) and the puzzles were actually pretty good. the diffrent dialouges and little bits of lore you can find around i absolutley loved, such as all indigo bloods are usually extremely physically strong. for all that is in this one act, i loved every second of it. would definitly reccomend
