策划分几种，要么在文学编剧上有特长，要么在数值设计上有特长，要么在系统设计或者在某种游戏类型上有特长。或者在军事、历史或者某些需要模拟的特殊行业上有特长。最好还要粗通程序、美术、音乐、游戏引擎。策划师门槛最低，提升最难的。因为涉及的方面太广，需要学的东西太多。很可能一辈子也只能做好一个类型的游戏。程序最简单，学好基本功。C++、数据结构、线性代数、物理、计算机图形学。懂游戏最好。美术一帮面是功底，一方面是工具的学习。然后不断的学最新的工具，不断地练习。不断学习最新的图形渲染技术。总之都很累，不断的学习新的技术。我平均一年换一种全新的技术。跟不上就被淘汰了。
