Addictive battle system and engaging story.

This is a retelling of the story of Horizon Zero Dawn (if remember that game correctly) in the LEGO universe using a heavy comedic tone and isometric camera prospective.
Based on my experience with LEGO games, this has both similarities and differences to other adventure games from LEGO, which makes it familiar, yet unique:

The similarities:
➕1. Local co-op mode where you can be joined by a friend on the same PC. Co-op is always a win for me.
➕2. Lighthearted atmosphere filled with jokes and a heavy sense of a humour. I guess it can be subjective and a bit too much for some, but I myself liked it. I only tried the Arabic voice acting, which is not that great, but I'm pretty sure the English version (especially Aloy's VA) is very good.
➕3. Plenty of unlockables that are either fun or contain references other LEGO and Sony brands.
➕4. Well, everything is made out of LEGO bricks.

The differences:
➕1. I haven't tried it yet, but judging from the tags on the store page, the game supports online co-op. This is a huge plus for me if true.
➕2. The game uses the isometric prospective, which is a welcome change to the same camera prospective in every single co-op LEGO games before it.
➕3. It can be a little bit more challenging than other LEGO games, especially if you plan on playing it with children.
➕4. Plenty of power-ups that can change your weapons/skills mid-fight.
➖5. Lack of collectiable (i.e. minikits), which for me is one of the highlights of other LEGO games.
➖6. The amount of characters in other LEGO games can sometimes be overwhelming, but to go from to only 4 in this game is a....... choice.
➖7. Every level follows the same structure or pattern (at least that's what it felt to me), in relation to both narrative and game design. This made the game feels a bit more repetitive than other LEGO games.
➖8. It's quite short, especially when taking its high price into account.
➖9. It requires a PSN AND Epic accounts. This is even more of a turn off for a lot of players and I honestly do no understand it.

In the end, this is a lighthearted and fun short adventure that can be played with your younger sibling or child. It could benefit greatly from more content and a lower price. I like it, and I'm giving it 6 out of 10. ➕➕➕➕➕➕

Short, yet great co-op experience.

Played this game with my 5-6 year old (yes, it was a long journey that he became one year older lol), and it was so much fun from start to finish.

Great co-op, many unlockable characters with different abilities, tons of secrets, and a funny story.

The 2 small negative things that I can say are:
1. The map can get confusing sometimes, specially when you first leave the mansion.
2. The game doesn't have achievements.

Been a while since I felt this nostalgic playing a game. That feeling of trying a new survival horror game that has just been released on the PS1. Except it has modern graphics and enhanced gameplay. Everything else felt like I was sitting in my old room with my old PS1 20 years ago.

Will definitely go back to get the rest of the achievements. Bravo!

Fun, funn, and funny.

Psychedelically scary.

Atmospheric settings, decent dialogue, and OK voice acting make this game surprisingly good, despite being on the short side, considering that it is free. It reminds me a lot of Gone Home (I cant really say why, or else I will spoil it), and with that price, it arguably is as good.

If you like mystery and books, then this game is a must-buy.....well, a must-install anyway.

جو مميز وتعليقات لطيفة واداء صوتي لا بأس به، يجعل من هذه اللعبة مفاجأة إيجابية برغم قصرها إذا ما أخذنا بعين الإعتبار كونها مجانية.

تذكرني جداً بلعبة كان هوم* (لن أذكر السبب لأن ذلك سيخرب قصة اللعبة) ويمكنني القول انها بنفس الجودة إذا ماتذكرنا السعر الخلاب.

إذا كنت من المعجبين بالغموض وقراءة الكتب فليس هناك عذر لعدم شراءك هذه اللعبة، قصدي عدم تنصيبك لها.
