I think this just the different between a regular player and Wabblin, to be honest I am very confident in my own ability in cs, movement aim and decision making, but Wabblin is just on another level. there is no time waste between everything he does, good players know what they should do, they have the knowledge an the ability to apply those knowledge to their action, but Wabblin has them build into his basic instinct, he doesn't think when he fight, he just....
