Iscas de Frango Panadas

Ingredientes
500 g peito de frango cortado em tiras finas
1 chávena de farinha
2 ovos batidos
1 chávena de sementes de sésamo a gosto Sal e pimenta
Óleo vegetal

Instruções para cozinhares
1 - Tempere as tiras de frango com sal e pimenta a gosto.
2 - Passe cada tira de frango primeiro na farinha de trigo, cobrindo bem todos os lados
3 - mergulhe cada tira de frango nos ovos batidos.
4 - cubra as tiras de frango com sementes de sésamo, pressionando levemente
5 - Numa frigideira grande, aqueça o óleo vegetal em lume médio-alto
6 - Frite as tiras de frango empanadas em lotes, virando-as para dourar uniformemente, por cerca de 3-4 minutos de cada lado,até ficarem bem douradas
7 - Retire as iscas de frango da frigideira e coloque-as sobre papel absorvente para escorrer o excesso de óleo.
8 - Sirva acompanhado de molho agridoce,ou outro molho da sua preferência.
