Yeah they are really slow with their support suddenly. They hardly respond to my emails as well. Gonna send all of this info and evidence to a CSGO News youtuber. I've received a mail from them saying there was a bug revolving items without floats on their site and that they added balance to my account supposedly to compensate for the loss of my howl pin, only they didn't do that.
