Who Hasn't Heard Of This Game? It was a Huge Fiasco in 2016, and The Star Child of E3 2014....

As of Today, We Get Multiple Major Expansions Yearly, Free, Every Single One, Compared to Season Passes of Other Games It's Competitive and at no additional Cost, The Game Is Expansive with a Healthy Modding Scene for Editing Visuals or Mechanics to your tastes, Also Having Cross-Platform Play, All The Features and Then Some Promised from E3 2014, This Game Gushes things to play with, While I've got my Complaints and wish there was more variety to The Universe, I'm Often not bored, Doubly with the New Corvette System.

Price:
The game's Price is absurdly in The Consumer/Player's Ring, If you want a good price space game, NMS is a Must-Have, Especally for its price point, I wish Hello Games would offer me a basic Supporter Cosmetic Pack, Like maybe a suit and a Decoration for my bases, As they've been working on this game for 10 years now without any additional paywalls.

I think even if you were screwed over at launch or hear only the negative of NMS from a distance you should at least try and pick it up to try it, its an amazing experience with something for most people that enjoy space Sim games.

Fun game, I want to reccomend it openly and spread its name, the Ages mechanic is an absolute thrill.

However, First, The " timeline correction " countermechanic is extremely hostile to its biggest boon and is highly manipulatable, something i told the devs and got spoken to directly about on at least two occasions, the counterbalance allows a player to effectively dictate two whole ages giving them time to prepare to dominate a third age, potentally aligning the first player to age into age 3 the rule to dominate the direction of the timeline.

Secondly, the biggest gripe I personally have, is the lack of communication from the developers, this is starting to smell like Pandora: First Contact to me, abandoned and in need of work, I'm extremely dissipointed in Paradox and C Prompt on this, as I'd intended to support the game through its rocky first year in order to hopefully see them iron out its flaws and continue expanding, and improving the game, however now with 3 months of radio silence, im not so sure.

Third and finally, the game i feel needs some major AI and difficulty adjustments, aswell as many more perks and cosmetic flags for custom nations/religions, to add veriaty, challange, and complexity.

I really hope C Prompt and Paradox get back on millennia, as i think it has potential to be a minor power in the 4x genre, and I adore its mechanics far more than Civ and Humankind.

Balatro is A Poker Flavored Rougelike with fun deckbuilding mechanics utilizing jokers as "Modifiers" for poker hands that you can level up to be more powerfull with planet cards, and you can use tarot cards to modify your basic playing cards to lean into certian joker builds, such as The World card to lean into Spades Builds.

Each run gives you new unlocks and cards to utilize for more unique and powerfull playstyles, with many decks for different starting modifiers, and stakes for higher challange difficulties, ive still not completed my Black Deck on the White Stake, and have yet to try at the Red Stake at all, but im absolutely enamored by the gameplay loop, though the sheer RNG and some of the bosses can be complete counters and stops to your build

Overall, the game can be a ton of fun, for the fairly low pricepoint i'd say this game is worth every penny and minute of play, has no Lootboxes or premium packages, its just a fun, full poker-presenting rougelike with great gameplay mechanics.

Helldivers 2 Is an Extremely fun game, Marred by only The Anticheat and Publisher.

For Managed Democracy, Against all Threats. Remember This, Sony - We Dive Together, Or We Don't Dive At All!

The Devs Keep Adding Amazing and Regular Content, Including Monthly Warbonds, Free Gear in Game, And Amazing Emergent Storytelling like the Malevelon Creek Arc, On top of exciting and unexpected twists and turns, new enemies like the Automaton |REDACTED|! Aswell as new mission types like layered horde defense operations!

Not a Terrible game from my short forray into it but it seemed extremely barebones, maybe in the future ill give it a longer, deeper shot, but first, breif impressions failed to inspire any excitement when compaired to other 4x ive played, crashed 3 times just messing with the settings, and tabbing out.

I'd love to say I recommend this game, But i do not, because while i find the gameplay enjoyable, the eastereggs fun, and generally savored this experence in its golden age, for several years not it has been abandoned, and while i get all projects cant last forever, this one just feels lackluster where it was left off, compaired to its constituant Voices in The Void, So I'd highly reccomend checking out its competitor that from what i gather, is still in active development, and is far more fleshed out by now.

Dangerous Business is a fun game about gathering materials from abandoned colonies for scrapping and income, they also enjoy studying unique materials like nuclear material, toxic wastes, and beehives!

My favorite part of Unhealthy Mom & Pop Shop is holding the loud horn on the ship blaring as often as possible while still getting my paychecks by bringing back scrap, and hitting local wildlife with a stop sign.

I Highly Reccomend Painfull Workshop, Its A Great Game.

One of the most stunning games, every world a new set of problems, yet interconnected, The music is iconic and well rounded, the elements of everything you learn being of value.

You really can only play this game once. Repeat sessions are simply not the same, Go Blind and Enjoy The Outer Wilds.

This is a game not for everyone but if you can sit down and really soak in the universe and world around you for its everything, its an experience more than a game.

This game is enjoyable with friends, a bit simple, but enjoyable.

I just wish the developers would try to expand on it more and make sure that you cant be boxed in
(or at least that it happens less ) between big wire boy and smilers, or smilers and hounds.

I Would Recommend this, despite all of its flaws and failings...

However, All of that and this new update add up to a morbid picture of a team that is not able to handle a project of this scale, that also has a lack of respect and care for there community.

The newest update added EAC [Easy Anti-Cheat] to protect users from hackers, doxxers, and crashers, Awesome Idea, However it compeltely disregaurds that they will work to bypass this software unlike the many people that use modded clients to add features to make the game run better, have features to help people enjoy there experence such as those who need accessibility features, full motion treadmills, advanced full body, and haptic feedback, aswell as security clients that have been protecting people from the issues EAC itself is supposedly there to cover, yet the creators themselves have almost actively avoided using security measures made already by the modders that are less hostile to the end user, and leave the game open to modding from non malicious, hardcore users.

These mods that we stand to defend are made by the hardcore, passionate fans of this software, that have kept this game going for years now, and with this they've more attacked the passionate community, and maybe, just maybe, weakened the rotten members of the community for a few days, while also harming there main fanbase and most loyal players by banning them outright for using mods that are adored by the fans, and often used by the devs as a steering direction to make the fanbase happier and the game better, when they themselves often seem to be unable to fix and Improve this game at a realistic rate.

Not to mention all the failures of EAC itself, it has kernal level access to your PC, yet fails in many ways at its main job, being one of the worst, and most laughable Anti Cheats out there.
If you ask me, This is nothing but riskware, and should be treated as such.

This Decision Has Been Greatly Tone-Def And Is, For Me, A Dealbreaker, I am Unsubscribing from VRC+, Uninstalling the Program, And Boycotting this Company untill they start turning this decision around and start working with the community that built them up from absolutely Nothing.

I dont make that choice lightly, Ive met a ton of amazing, and fun people on this game, Its even a main hangout for little parties and conventions even, During the pandemic, and has been a huge help to better myself, but my friends and I are out.

The Markets, The Community, and The Supporters of this game have taken a serious blow.
This is a shame, I had every hope and intention to make a positive review of this soon for some of the long-awaited features being finally Added... But this will take the game in the wrong direction, and cripple its growth and improvement unless it is reverted, and The attitude from the creators fundimentally changes to avoid a repeat.
