Thanks for the update. Would love to see the battle royale mode make a return for another limited-time event in the future.

Even if I could bother getting good and grinding enough xp and gold to buy the normal armourpieces; I am too much of a furry to resist a nice pair of antlers.

1.5 hours in - First impressions.
So far I'm hooked. It's just a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solid movement shooter.

8.4 hours in - Beginner POV.
Still hooked, playing regularly in short sessions. Biggest problems I've met so far is:
1) Stadium (not a fun map to play. Especially not in TDM.)
2) Portal experts/ Spammers. - Haven't learned the difference yet. Whichever it is, it's annoying as hell.

Hell's Gate makes you FEEL like Jeffrey Dahmer.
From the wailing of lost souls condemned to endless torture in the depths of Tartarus, to the occult and bizarre imagery plastered onto the puzzle pieces; This game really lets you immerse yourself and walk in the shoes of a deranged madman that will go to any means necessary to keep playing his sick and disturbed game!

Half of all players will absolutely decimate you. The other half are either not good enough, or are just nice enough to go easy if they recognise that you're new; that half is the fun part.
From the intense swordplay to the ridiculous RP-esque interactions with enemy players, it's solid fun.

Additionally, the combat is pretty great, to the point that playing against bots is actually sort of enjoyable if you don't feel like putting up with all the BS that comes with multiplayer.
