This game needs to be recognised by more people!

Industry leading physics by a class veteran at the game, endless game play potential and so many options on how you want to play you'll never get bored!

For those who love Besiege, give this game a try, cause you'll have a hell of a time.

Update: It looks like yet another victory for Democracy, folks. Good job, Helldivers!

Now my honest review.

The game itself, ROCKS! You feel like an absolute badass diving down into a flaming pod to the ground of a dangerous planet waiting with swarms of enemies you need to be smart about managing!

The use of strategems being so crucial to your victory keeps you and your toes and always planning hopw best to use them before, during or even after your next fight!

And on a very personal note.... HOLY ♥♥♥♥ THIS SOUNDTRACK IS OUTSTANDING! YOU WILL FEEL UNSTOPPABLE!

Now that anyone can play it (after some firm convincing, I should add) grab it! Get down there and work alongside your fellow Helldivers and spread Democracy across the galaxy!

In a just a couple of days, this has become one of my favourite games of all time.

KABOOM!

I rarely write reviews but all I can say is that this game deserves everything good it gets.

It focuses on all it needs to focus on... Charles.

And it does it perfectly... good luck fighting him...

TIME, BAYBE!

Expected the odd spook here or there, got so much more than I expected.

The monsters in this game are absolutely terrifying. Had me literally screaming the whole time I streamed it and the RNG of the game certainly had me always on my toes of where the hell I was going.

Also, the subtle noises playing off in the distance that you never context to are a very good touch.

I will say, the random Jump-scare you sometimes get of a face on your screen and the loud noise is highly unnecessary and makes no sense as to why it happens. I'd remove it and try something else, because it's just not needed and has no reason.

Overall, very scary and certainly worth the price, especially considering how much potential an early access game like this has!

Seeing a game like Resident Evil 7 got me into horror games in a way no other game has gotten me into a genre. I loved it so much and got so into that game, it was wonderful.

Then this game came along. I played it on my stream, I went through the whole game... and I somehow loved it even more. The characters, the music, the environment, the story, everything...It all got me engaged and the Duke, oh the DUKE! Truly the biggest chad to roll the earth. If you play this game for nothing else, play it for the Duke. He'll be your best mate real quick.

Overall, wonderful game, and a wonderful continuation of a story I'm adoring right now!

I don't usually play games for 50 hours over the space of 2 weeks...
Correction: I've never played a game for 50 hours over the space of 2 weeks.

So... I can happily say that if you decide to get this game, you will absolutely love it!

Admittedly, when you start out, it will be a little overwhelming getting your head around the 3 bajillion materials and items you may or may not need to build stuff or make things... but once you've gotten the basics down and get a rough grasp of what you need and can simply sell on the market, you will have a beautiful time:
• Scaling planets in a matter of SECONDS!
• Discovering some of the funkiest environments you've ever seen!
• With this latest update, taming ANY ANIMAL YOU SEE!
• Building up your own planet base or even freighter!
• Naming every... single... planet (yes, every single one. I've tried, but with 18 quintillion, it's getting a little difficult)

Still, there's so much in this game that will win you over and all of these updates from the start have certainly been worth it to create a game with such a gorgeous atmosphere (pun mildly intended) and even characters that you might just fall in love with!
