Best co-op game i've ever seen on steam f2p games!I have 41 games atm and I can say that this game is a masterpiece and it should not be free!

Unturned is a game where you become a survivor in the zombie infested ruins of society, and team up with your friends to remain among the living.

How I got to play the game
:
and So, I first started playing this game on 14th of July 2014 . In the version 2.0 ! I remember I would set up a hamachi lobby with my friends and we would join my server and loot all the Prince Eduard Island. We were getting tons of loot, but after few months of playing it we got bored because no updates were coming out anymore...then we got on skype with one of our friends. He told us there was this experimental branch, called OPERATIONMAPLELEAF or Operation Maple Leaf. We got on a server and were rejoyced and laughing out loud of happines, we've seen all this new things added into the game, and we've been greeted by a nice community and a developer who gives love to the game. We enjoyed it that much that we have all bought The Gold DLC. I even play it to this day, with weekly updates on every Friday !

Fun fact : It also includes a total of 4 Arena maps (PEI Map, Washington Map, Alpha Valley map and Monolith Map) (Arena = Battle Royale) 2 Medium maps (Washington and PEI) and 3 Large maps (Russia Map, Hawaii Map and Germany Map) ) and A LOT , LIKE A TON of maps, Vehicle/Item mods , all can be installed with one click on the Steam Workshop ! For example Zoli's Europe Military Vehicles, or Zoli's Europe Black Hawk UH60 !

The Gold DLC advantages
Now for the Gold DLC part, it is totaly worth it, your chat color is yellow (really cool) . You get a few cosmetics that now glow in the dark and have some nice effects on them, you can give you caracther every color in the spectrum ! There are a ton of faces and hair/beard styles you can use which is great for roleplay ! You also have access to the Gold server. I know this seems Pay2Win but it isn't at all ! On the Gold servers only gold people can join, there is a more likely chance to find loot, and there are less hackers. And I say were because since Nelson Sexton, the developer of Unturned has implemented the BattlEye anti-cheat, which made the game to have few to none hackers on servers ! Another reason why it isn't PayToWin is that whatever you do on Gold servers will not apply on the normal servers, and for the love of God, IT'S $5 !




Community :
The way I see the community is this
There are four types of categories of Unturned players :

Survival:
It is entirely possible to live off the wilderness by harvesting resources, fishing, growing crops and hunting down animals.

Explore:
There are several locations to visit from Prince Edward Island to Russia, Hawaii and Germany with many more available in the Steam Workshop.

Bandits:
In PvP servers you can battle other players to steal their gear, or play Arena mode servers for a last man standing experience.

Heroes:
In PvE you can team up with other players without fear of death, or create a group and work together in PvP! You can also progress Unturned's story by helping rebuild society questing with NPCs.

Just give it a chance ! You won't regret it ! UNTURNED 4.0 HYPE!
