Project Zomboid has incredible attention to detail and features. Your character's story is in your hands and there's so much for them to do- yet surviving is unlikely. This game has talented devs and a thriving workshop/multiplayer scene. Worth the purchase.

Portal's puzzles are fun, fair, and thought provoking. The atmosphere and level design are some of the best in gaming. This game goes on very large sales so pick it up then!

Short answer - Terrible Devs

Long Answer - Omega Striker's official launch brought a huge wave of players and everyone was excited for this new take on football. Anime football was doing some serious numbers on the official Twitch account and yet there was ZERO monetization of these livestreams, not even ads. (Remember that for later) Anime football is then never properly balanced and the same characters are seen in every match and others are complete troll picks. (Poor Luna...) Juliette and Dubu were seen every game and Octavia was completely useless upon launch. KO META was beyond annoying and made the game more Smash Bros than Anime football. Anime football had long ranked queues In its prime and had too many ranks for its playerbase. This game should've never been on mobile and console. Higher framerates, mouse flicks, button spamming was all necessary to even win a casual game. This caused a delay on content updates and major bug fixes.THE ASHER bug lasted months without being properly patched and drove the entire character's community insane. It stripped ASHER of what was supposed to be her playstyle and gave you nothing. Her broken button was a multi-hit move that was meant to give her control over the ball both offensively and defensively. Enjoy this Proof . Their target numbers was a staggering 20k concurrent players which was impossible as new players got completely stomped by meta abusers and tempo of the game.


This game has been abandoned by its developers. Don't worry! They are trying to make up their disastrous economic decisions (Paying high value VA's for characters [MAKO AND ASHER AND NAO AND JUNO GOOGLE IT], Paying musical artists for character songs, Paying someone to yap as a Vtuber model for minor updates, Sponsored streams etc.) by announcing plushies (PLURAL) and a brand new game!!!!! This new game will take the terrible combat of Omega Strikers and its characters and disappoint fans even further. Best dodge the bullet and avoid this game company at all costs.

Bullet Hell!
There's a massive learning curve in the Lunar difficulty and it is very rewarding.
There's different variations in builds that you can play around with.
There's different variations in the attack patterns of the bosses so every run is unique.
Solo, Duo, and Quad are the preferred ways to play this game, so grab a friend and begin grinding.
Grab a controller if you desire. I do!

Pros:
- Lovecraftian theme
- Classic "Bullet Heaven" gameplay (Think Vampire Survivors)
- Different characters+guns+runes allow for unique builds
- Satisfying synergies
- Auto-Aim & Auto-Reload (check settings)
- There's a reindeer girl
- $3 USD as of Autumn Sale 2024
- Usually $5
- Playable offline. Perfect for steam deck/laptops

Cons:
- Nonexistent story
- Characters have 0 dialog or voice acting
- No practical use for the 2nd or 3rd map
- Lategame runes are extremely expensive, unlock with caution
- Darkness levels up to 15 are a rune stat-check
- RNG on boss drops can halt a run

Overall flanne made a pretty fun first game. The pros outweigh the cons for the purchase IMO. However, I will not be returning to this game as there is no workshop or incentive past 100% completion (There IS a leaderboard for endless play but you can only see your friends and not globally. This is a time sink as with extreme endless builds you can survive forever easily.) . I am excited to see what this developer brings with the upcoming spin-off game, "Ember Path"
