I'm on my first-ever play-through of this game and this port is excellent. This is actually one of the best games I've ever played.

I cannot recommend the game in it's current state. It crashed while loading a race the first time I launched it. It refused to load the main menu the second time I launched it. I'll keep an eye on this game for when they update it with stability stuff.

Also, I played the public beta and it was actually more stable. What happened there?

This is shaping up to be a perfectly palatable Garf Kart sequel. I'm looking forward to purchasing Garf Kart 2.

While it's true that the THPS4 portion of the game lacks the "free roam pick your mission as you go" gameplay it at least boils down to a number of the more memorable missions per level and it suits me just fine.

Otherwise, a solid remake on par with 1+2.

Easily one of the better balanced Borderlands games and it's just before they started putting in a lot of groan-worthy jokes, references, and stale memes. It feels somewhat primitive, but at least most of the loot I find actually feels like I could feasibly use it.

Solid B-tier kart racer that I like to play with my kid. Competent design and controls. Great customization. Nothing going on here that I would deem particularly bad. I just think it lacks qualities that would boost it to an A or S-tier.

Then I go to work and act like it's some kind of GOATed experience other people should play because I've abandoned any sense of keeping up whatever reputation I had over there. Garf Kart 2 is going to be the sleeper hit of 2025.

Actually very well put together MMO with fun gameplay and the ability to scratch both the "I'm trying to have caveman fun." And "I need to make numbers go up strategically." Itches.

Also, tasty furry characters with shortstack players.

Very solid foundation, I can't wait to see it complete.

To get the obvious joke out of the way:
Robert Cop: Rogue City really makes you feel like the furniture of law enforcement.

My actual thoughts are that this game is as good as it could possibly be. It's peak Robocop. You've got the fun power trip shooting sections and you've got the parts where Robocop tries to be people, which are actually somehow better than the shooting which is actually pretty great.

It's like they put a somewhat slower DooM 2016 into a less deep Disco Elysium in the best way that works well for a guy who likes dumb fun and human-y conversations and I can see myself replaying this despite not being far into the game.

I got it on sale with all the extra fun parts for under 20 bucks and I couldn't put it down since I started playing.
