I bought the game as soon as it launched and have played six hours of it. I jumped straight into normal difficulty and I am now on my fourth or fifth (I lost count) attempt at trying to staying on top of the other agencies, with little success. Either I'm missing something, or It is very difficult to be on top of everyone, especially your rival agencies. There is a moderate amount of planning expected, but the game doesn't really help you with that, and I find the UI to be in need of polishing, though this is to be expected from a new game. I look forward to future updates and balancing changes, I feel like normal mode should make it at least possible to be on top of the other agencies.

All things considered, It's a good game with lots of potential. Hopefully in the future everything will be polished and made easier for digestion, as it is really easy too miss some things. Also the game seems to max out my cpu (i5 6600k) and not using my gpu, I'm not sure if this is intentional.
