hey fishtail, saw your post with the 720 p problem in the forums, I found a fix for you. open pavlov right click on it and click "pavlov" should relaunch the game at the right resolution looks 10 times better.

the laptop should be able to run it no problems... the issue might be if the laptop has the DP port needed, as the index is kinda finicky with adapters
