If you want a Hatsune Miku franchise game with a better UI, a story, more characters, gambling system and up-to-date events, Project Sekai is for you. But if you prefer a game with better gameplay, songlist, skin, 3D Animation and harder difficulty, Project Diva is just perfect.
One more note that you should only buy the Complete Edition if you want everything have been unlocked, or you want to enjoy your songs with its recommened skins, but it would be boring quickly. It'd be better if you buy the normal version, found yourself motivated on this game and unlocked everything by yourself :)
