BAKLAVA TARİFİ

1.Derin bir kaba yumurtaları kırıp, sütü, sıvıyağı, sirkeyi ve suyu ekleyerek iyice çırpın.
2.1 yemek kaşığı limon suyunu, 14 yemek kaşığı tepeleme unu, bir tutam kabartma tozunu ekleyip hamuru yoğurun.
3.Hamuru 45 bezeye bölüp, çay tabağı büklüğünde açın.
4.10’ar adet üst üste koyup tekrar tepsi büyüklüğünde açın.
5.Tepsiyi yağlayıp açılan yufkayı serin fakat her açılan beze arsına bol nişasta eklemeyi unutmayın.
6.Bu işlemi tüm bezeler bitinceye kadar yapın ve ikinci yufkanın üzerine bol bol fıstık serpip diğer yufka ile kapatın.
7.Tepsi bittikten sonra son yufkayı da serdikten sonra bıçağın tersi ile kenarlarını düzeltin.
8.Baklava şeklinde dilimleyerek üzerine tereyağı sürüp 170 °C fırında nar gibi kızartın.
9.Şerbeti de önceden pişirip, soğuttuktan sonra tepsiye dökün.
10.Üzerini yine Antep fıstığı ile süsleyerek servis yapın
