Cryofall is an extremely and unexpectedly fun game with a perfect balance of PVE and PVP. If you like other building survival PVP games, but were stressed out by the 1st person components, you will love this game. The only thing I would recommend implementing is automation.
Automation is a key aspect of survival games that makes the game worth playing in the long ron. An example would be something like a conveyor belt system or a butler that deals with repetitive tasks automatically (farming, making seeds, etc.) Other than that the game is perfect :)

Probably the best looking open world survival game there is right now.

To be honest, regardless of the reasons (inexperience, lack of manpower, time, accidents, etc.) the product in its current state is a mess and the pissed off community you have right now isn't but the pure result of a conglomeration of small mishaps you may and may not be responsible for yourselves (but then again, you were generously funded, so you really have no excuse there) . I have always remained impartial regarding the discussion on this game, but after taking a look at it, I'm tending towards a rather negative view of it. It seems to me like the EA cow has been successfully milked again and that the one coming out as a loser is in fact not the entity responsible for the disaster (the developing company), but the sucker who put faith into the idea (the customer).
In the unexpected case that you guys should fix the gameplay issues and make the survival game we all want and, after so many failed attempts deserve, I'll applaud you and donate a good chunk of money. I'll even rent a bunch of servers for my region. But until then, accept the general discontent of the consumers as the outcome of actions solely you are responsible for.

Here we go. Another Early Access crafting survival game. I'll have to admit that I'm a sucker for all these kinds of games. I have countless hours on 7 days to die , Hurtworld, Rust, The Forest, Empyrion, Unturned, Subsistence, etc, meaning I really know what I'm talking about and I have a point of comparison when doing so. I know this is Early Access and that it's not perfect. But the kind of ♥♥♥♥ that you buy into if you opt for this game is an abomination. The controls are broken, as you can only crouch and uncrouch if you press left click at the same time, sometimes your items won't react to left clicking unless you leave and reboot the game and getting stuck on a regular basis happens more than you can tolerate. Furthermore, the AI is borderline stupid. You might think that after more than 30 years of computer game development there is something that this company might have learned, but the AI in this game basically has 3 radiuses: ~20 meters: they won't see you even if they see you in an open field. ~20 meters: they will throw their once sentence they have been given to you until you vomit ("YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE"). ~9 meters: they will start running after you in a straight line trying to kill you. ...OR they just keep on following you for all eternity without shooting at you repeating the same sentence over and over again. So when that last thing happened to me, I took it as the best piece of advice I could get on this game ("YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE.") and got a refund.

Seriously, don't buy this game. It adds exactly nothing to the genre, as it just blatantly copies everything that has already been made in the aforementioned games. Oh, and to the developers of the game:

It is honestly the best survival game there is due to its complex crafting possibilities and progression. When starting out you should probably start with some PVE in order to learn the natural flow regarding construction and item smithing. Only when you feel comfortable with the main mechanics you should join PVP servers.
