Only diehard smash fans will probably like this. Game lacks a LOT of polish
PROS:
+Iconic characters
+Fast paced gameplay
+Native GC controller support
+Wavedashing
+Moves are super fast, you won't be stuck in an animation for long and can kinda mash and have fun.
CONS:
-No voice acting
-No alt colors
-Rollback very hit or miss (either super playable or unplayable no inbetween)
-A LOT of jank (both the good and bad. Like why tf powdered toast man killing me at 0)

Honestly, if I wasn't a huge smash player no shot I would have bought this for 40, let alone 50. Game feels like a rushed college project, albeit a fun one. I would wait a bit for the game to be updated more. Overall though, I would still recommend it once there are some needed additions to it, and I'll change my review to reflect that when it happens.

One of the best games I have ever played. Every level is unique and immersive that provides an experience I never thought I would get while playing TETRIS of all things. Every mode has me hooked and it teaches you a good amount of the inner mechanics of a Tetris game.

Honestly, a perfect 10/10. I can't think of another way to improve the game at all. The VR modes are fantastic, the music is some of the best I have ever heard. The gameplay is smooth and the netcode is great as well.

Very unfortunate that the whole game has linux support except for the last dlc. I've really enjoyed the content on windows, however it is super grindy and lots of the unlocks just end up making your game worse. Forcing you to take bad items that have little hopes to be useful. Really unfortunate, completely understand trying to make the other items used more but over-nerfing items and combos that made isaac a fun game in the first place puts a bit of sour taste in my mouth. I will say I highly still recommended this dlc, it is very fun, but the discontinuation of linux support makes me not recommend the game, following through on things is important. Would rather the whole game be unavailable at the start then restrict the last dlc.

A really cool take on the old GMOD tower server. The game is a work in progress so some things are buggy, however the team behind this is obviously working hard and the game is great.
