Bought the game but haven't been able to play it. Game launches in 9:16 aspect ratio for me for some reason and the UI doesn't scale so I can't adjust the settings.

I restarted my PC, reinstalled the game, still nothing.

I also joined the Discord but after a week of no responses I'm still unable to do anything more than see two thirds of the title screen.

I've owned this game on steam for years and played the flash version before it. This is by far my most played game and likely will always be. 1400 hours in an I have yet to complete a single save file. I'm terrible and yet this game keeps calling me back like an addiction. I can't stop.

Edmund, this game has consumed my life, is there anything else other than isaac? I dream of the basements, hoping to find a crawlspace and get a bonus item. My nightmares are curse of the blind and picking up cursed eye or curse of the tower.

Honestly, I'm scared of finishing a save file. What else do I have in my life? Where will I go from here? This game is all I have left. Is there life after Isaac?

Not for everyone and wasn't for me.

Putting it bluntly, graphics are terrible. I didn't get far in the game to see some of the "best spots" but overall I'd rate graphics 2/10.
Story just isn't there, DNF. If you can't give me any story or a "hook" within 30 minutes of gameplay then your game either isn't about story or the story isn't good.
Controls are decent for an indie game but the available settings are atrocious.
The animations and cut scenes are such an offense to gaming and realism I thought this game was a parody game like untitled goose game, but at least goose game was good.
Personally, I wouldn't have paid more than $12 for this game.

TLDR: If you are going to make a cat sim without making a cat-player customizer you've messed up.

This is one of my all time favorite games. I have played every game in the Elder Scrolls series and this is by far the best one so far. I have over 1000 hours accumulated over all the versions and different consoles I have owned. This game never ceases to amaze me and I would recommend it to anyone who has the time to be addicted to this game, that is not to mention mods at all either! Mods make this game so much crazier and add thousands of hours of gameplay on top of the already immersive game. Overall, I would rate this game 9/10 and I am sure I will play it till Elder Scrolls VI.
