There isn't any static warpaints in the game that can be used as the base sadly, however there are warpaints that use semi-static texture locks, for example, smissmas camo, helldriver and raving dead all use a horizontal texture lock so the main textures are always horizontal. Its useful if you want more consistent and semi-controlled patterns, I pretty much use it for most of my warpaints that I make nowadays. Hope this helps!
