INGREDIENTS:
3 Eggs
1.5 Cups of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Oil
1 Cup of Milk or Water
3 Cups of Flour
PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating.
2. Continue making the easy cake batter by adding the oil and milk, always continuing to beat.
3. Finally, add the cups of flour one at a time and continue mixing until all the ingredients are fully incorporated, using folding motions to avoid deflating the cake batter.
4. Once the batter is ready, take a cake pan and grease it with a little butter. Preheat the oven to 180-200ºC (350-400ºF).
5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
6. Now we can enjoy this delicious cake!! YAY!
