Givng game thumbs up because of how unique of a game it is in current age, going back to point and click roots felt pretty nice. There is few goods and bads so im gonna point them out as also feedback for developers.
Goods:
- Point and click adventure felt great
- setting was nice
- graphics while sometiems a bit hard on eyes id say were pretty
- Interacting with enviroment was really fun part of experience, first touch and discovery gave great feeling

Bads/need to polish in future projects:
-Incremental part definitely diluted the experience, There wasnt much going on there except grind materials, get gear number up, go down till you hit wall. Prestiege, repeat
- Perk system was fairly... simple? Not bad, but could use more work IF future games would take incremental routes
- Few puzzles were tiny bit poorly designed. My main issue was bridge actually because i kept grinding thinking to find a hint or a lead, i ended up getting to floor 600-700 ish before actually fixing it and i read online its meant to be a simple pattern which then left me... dissatisfied after solving it because the answer WAS obvious... there werent just anywhere to look even for a slightest hint what it was meant to be.

Obvious ups and downs but since its first game its a VERY SOLID proof of concept and ability, it doesnt feel incomplete, just simple ish after initial excitement and progression rush.
i had fun and the fact it stands out so much in the whole genre is great.
I played simpler bite sized incrementals with clear way forward and completed them in span of 5-6 hours or something, this one truly had something in it going which i really appreceate

EDIT:
Since im pretty much finished with game after some sleep.
Only parts where i was stuck was bridge fixing because its more trial of error, and Angels riddle after restoration.
Outside of that it was actually fun experience and definitely worth of its price. I havent played a game which required actual puzzle solving in quite a bit so obviously i didnt had right mindset to crack those without getting frustrated a lil in those 2 cases but besides that it was lots of fun.

Giving game thumbs up, here is why.

As an old hyper light drifter fan its just very nostalgic but also filled with excitement about something new when i played game myself and saw the UI, movement, combat ect. I went in, got my ass handled in first cycle id say but then im like "Oh ♥♥♥♥... its kinda like extraction style game actually... and it can be played co op... without PvP slop... now i REALLY like the game"
Played a bit solo because none of friends are currently interested and i dont wanna go to deep as i also got my hands full with all other releases this month. I wish for game to be great and well recived, its early access, its been rough release, fine.
Some people leave good fedback too, even more insight on possible improvement, hope devs will implement bunch of it but here is thing.

See hyper light drifter? grab that, play it, concider it demo of the game, im not joking here. I played Drifter mostly when i was a teen and got REALLY invested into it. I got into breaker and one thing at least stuck with me, combat. Both games are brutal in terms of combat and its REALLY in my opinion sort of a selling point, i would like to see easier difficulty setting to give people some rest tho and make it for wider audiences, more tutorialisation to explain some core mechanics and concepts would be appreceated too and ofc we all want gameplay improvements through quality of life updates and such.

There are many games where dificulty is a selling point, we wouldnt have gems like Souls likes nowdays, Fear and hunger is up there too, if the game like that aint for you dont be a keyboard warrior and leave negative review because game aint for you, you are free to leave feadback and see and hope for some of it be implemented later, you can refund game and move on too if you are legible to, nothing stops you but dont be angry at game and people who made it if you havent done any reserach even through reviews only.

Game have amazing potential, let them cook man

Fun little game. Lasted 3 hours, was decently fun and entertaining. It have a charm and for that price its pretty worth ot pick up

Let me tell you all something, in moment i write review update dropped for those who preordered the game and we are copule of months from game returning to be available for purchase.

I played a decent amount of whatever MMO period was and i played the new update after all the catastrophy what happend durning development. I went ham for copule of days, been bunch of good times but also quite a bit of wasted time here and there but before i get to actual contents ill tell for people who wonder or dont know short recap.


Game was supposed to be MMO, launch was disasterous and very rocky to say the least, the premise was clear but technical dificulties were numerous and absolutely killed the hype. Then previous publisher for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason axed most of their team what was provided for a reason of helping with servers and ♥♥♥♥ and their publishing deal ended almost in instant, while being left to rot they also pretty much didnt got any money from sales since publisher held all of it.
Im telling you 90-95% of devs in that specific spot would abandon the hell out of game. But Airship syndicate didnt.
You should now ask a question, why the ♥♥♥♥ they didnt abandoned a game for which hype was dead and pretty much had no hopes of recovering. Its because devs actually care about it and whatever players are left. They dont have bad track record either, they been mostly doing single player games, maybe co op like Darksiders Genesis.

This what we have RIGHT NOW is what they are best at. Game without MMO slop and spaghetti, can be played offline or you can still team up with some friends in P2P connection. They didnt just scraped whatever they did previously with hope of reselling for some buck, they progressed with development of game, added whole lot of new systems to the game, tackled some of the things they promised with their previous roadmap like mounts, ascension system for Wayfinders and weapons and such, Cleaned up UI, fixed bunch of bugs. They did ALL THAT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WORK with hope to regain trust of players and deliver game what they actually promised, a game what will be fun to play and what they wish to support for longer time. Im telling you, the update is pretty good, its giant breath of fresh air and not a stench of rotting corpse.

All i want from you reader is to use some rational thinking now, If you see this review after game launches back on platform for sale. Are you interested? Hesitating on purchase? just wait, let devs cook, do it ONLY if you wish to support their resolve or are geniuenly excited to try it out

For founders here. I dont want you to leave positive review, all i ask for is to hold your horses on writing a negative one. You might be mad but think about it. You literally gain nothing from this, it will be equivalent of beating a person trying to get up and move forward. If you are mad here is tip. Leave it be, we all purchased somethig we regret at some point and we cannot fix that anymore. Who knows, maybe in that year or so game will be in pretty good state and you will get positively surprised when things calm down.

Update for official launch:
I played around 50 hours and are done with pretty much everything game have to offer except grinding for special drops and awakening, Its great, sometimes rough on edges but i belive devs will listen to feedback and imporve the game after they deal with innitial stuff.
Its MMO lite but without any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like "play daily activities" or "grind your brains out to increase power level from 201 to 205 to do that next dungeon"

You are free to explore and advance at own pace, No FOMO, no live service ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you still can team up with friends and such, you pay ONCE and dont get any MTX in game, all stuff except founder stuff is obtainable for free and its cool.

Great to sit back and relax type of game either solo or with friends. Not most skill intensive and mechanicly rich but definitely pleasant to play
