Patongit on helppo valmistaa itse. Tällä ohjeella saat päältä rapeat, mutta sisältä pehmoiset patongit, joiden ainoa huono puoli on se, ettei niitä voi vastustaa. Varaudu siis tekemällä näitä riittävästi! Taikinasta tulee kolme uunipellin pituista patonkia.

Patongit

2,5 dl kädenlämpöistä vettä
25 g hiivaa
ripaus suolaa
3 rkl öljyä
5-6 dl vehnäjauhoja

Liuota hiiva kädenlämpöiseen veteen, lisää suola ja ruokaöljy.
Lisää jauhot ja vaivaa kiinteäksi taikinaksi, lisää tarvittaessa jauhoja.
Anna taikinan kohota liinan alla.

Jaa taikina kolmeen osaan ja pyöritä palloiksi.
Kaulitse pallot yksitellen suorakaiteen mallisiksi levyiksi, kääri viistottain tiiviiksi rulliksi, anna kohota liinan alla.

Paista 250 asteisessa uunissa 7-10 minuuttia.
