This isn't my place to talk but maybe some outsiders' perspective can be of value here. This guy has openly made fun of me, my work, the communities I engage in, my friends and my modding team on various, if not numerous occasions. It is a puzzle to me as to how this user got into the position he was in until a few moments ago with the behavior he puts on display on a daily basis. I don't think he has ever been in any capacity of the imagination, been fit for a moderation position. And all this talk about "the community going to shít" is just a plain example of the sheer delusion he has convinced himself of in order to justify his actions, I hope you can find someone better fit in the future.
