Randomly decided to give this a shot, and it's pretty great. Intuitive action, fun, quick stages, and pulls no punches with language and violence. Nice work devs.

Super impressed with this, got it in the fanatical bundle. Perfect on the Deck and the premise/execution is excellent. Great job, team.

Kinda like Limbo for the most part. It's a bit more developed, for better or worse. I really liked this game's atmosphere overall, but I want to point out that the supposed "Complete Edition" sold here does not, in fact, include all the masks. There is no way to get two or three of the masks anymore on Steam, so if you want a real complete edition, look elsewhere. But if cosmetics don't matter to you, this has all the mission dlc. The soundtrack is very good, but also not included in the "Complete Edition."

Pros:
Good graphics & sound
Decent storyline
Genuinely creepy atmosphere- I specifically liked the ghosts you see in the distance, who vanish as you approach.

Cons:
The dialogue is kinda mediocre. It's fine for a videogame, but this had enough other strengths that it would have really stood out with more nuanced writing.
Slightly repetitive gameplay... not too bad, but regardless.

Overall: It's a good playthrough for a rainy weekend.

This game was a little frustrating at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a charming co-op shooter with a lot of missions. Good fun.

Very beautiful game, interesting, brief, creepy... has a bit of an ARG edge to it. Highly recommended for those who enjoy artistic games. 9/10.

I'm not really into the whole oh-so-clever-wink-wink settings that inform most "steampunk." I think smashing two incongruous genres together for amusement is generally a bad idea.
Forgetting my general disdain for randomly throwing tesla coils into victorian tea time settings for a moment, Dishonored is a pretty solid game. It doesn't cross the greatness threshold for me- the graphics are also a bit like those in Borderlands (exaggerated, cartoony, cell shaded or whatever the term is.) The plot is above average and the gameplay is excellent though. I don't even like stealth games either very much, and this has a lot of stealth.
So this game has three major elements I don't care for, and I would still recommend it, which hopefully says something about how strong it is fundamentally. It controls very well and is just satisfying to progress through. Fun.

Jazzpunk was a lot of fun. It didn't really seem to have an ending, and falling gave me vertigo, but it was a good time. It's crazier than most games by far, 'nuff said.
Ran into a bunch of Hunter S. Thompsons, shot people with a wedding cake. 4/5

It's... not very good. I mean, if you have played the other games in the series, this is the worst one.
The voices and graphics are decent, but the plot is another rehash of the same villains doing the same stuff, the environments are repetitive and drab, and a couple of the boss fights are near-impossible to figure out. The ending doesn't make a lot of sense.
Overall it's a decent Batman timekiller if you're waiting for Arkham Knight and have finished the rest of the series. Not worth more than $5 tho.

In general, this is a pretty great game. It is the best South Park game, for sure.
I might pick a few nits and say the controls feel clunky/slow, or that the story is basically a greatest hits riff so far (which is hard to complain about) but it does feel like you are controlling an episode, and that's a helluva thing. Hella sweet. Hella hella hella.
This game will make you fear hobos tho (or fear them more if you're already a hobophobe.) Only fight I've backed down from so far was a hidden hobo camp.
I hope they make a sequel with more original elements, but any videogame with Randy Marsh is good by me. Keeeeyaaaa!
