Was given access in 2021 when the engine was still entity based and actually felt like Source 2. Had a blast learning and making ♥♥♥♥ that would never see the light of day.
Then things starting shifting towards the Scene System and it started to feel less and less like S2. Then came the cosmetics and play fund. I understand the microtransactions are completely optional and help pay the play fund and the play fund is a very nice thing to have for REAL developers. BUT the main problem though is that now a majority of the platform is filled with soulless, boring AI garbage just for the sake of getting a few bucks. It does not feel like S2 anymore, it does not feel like a GMod successor.

8/10 i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate my friend would play again

For a free mod, this is actually pretty good. The story, while not having the best build up towards the end, was decent.
This version of Source does do the visuals justice though, everything looked really nice.
The voice acting was good but not great (again, free mod), Stirling kinda going on and on a bit too much but i suppose that's just his character
The mid to end game test chambers were very well done with some actually taking some time to think about, though the underground/pit sections, while similar to Portal 2, mostly felt like filler to me,
Overall a 7.5/10, would recommend.
