Boy, is this game an unoptimized piece of s**t, but as my first experience in the Monster Hunter franchise, this game has been a blast that I'm only able to enjoy on beefy hardware, which is the only reason I can recommend it. Performance issues aside, I haven't experienced any bugs or major critiques that made me hate it, and new updates keep bring me back in for hours on end.

This game has really made a comeback since it handled the flood of bots that used to be an issue. If you can get past the toxicity of the trolls in the game, its a good way to kill some time.
