doesnt work on amd cpus/gpus at all

used to be a great f2p bomberman-like game, played this a lot with my friends and all of us were pretty excited for the reborn update.
well, they made it pay 2 win....
free players are severley limited in getting exp for their classes and you can pay2progress like mad.
Not only is it pay 2 win, its also monetizing gambling since its all gated behind lootboxes.

the gameplay was also changed severly, maybe some people are into it but i really dislike the new system, it used to be skill that mattered, now its whoever has the best class unlocked and levelled, the whole class & skill system is such a bad fit for the game

i hope you have someone that is willing to sit down with you for a few hours to explain all the mechanics to you, or you like having to read wikis for hours on end to properly get into this game, while certainly fun once you get the hang of it, many mechanics feel unnecessary complex and the end result is a sometimes very frustrating experience.

My biggest gripe with the game though is that 99.9% of the time your gear upgrades are from trading, its basically impossible / very very very hard to craft your own gear because it often costs so much (in-game) currency that its simply not worth it if you havent been farming endgame content for a while already, that makes this game a currency farming simulator and all you do is farm maps or other content, hope for anything worth anything, sell it and then buy gear from someone else and for the most part thats the only way to get new gear for yourself.

If you plan on going blind into POE without using a guide and a build + external programs like path of building you will not be able to run endgame content and your first char will almost certainly be "bricked" and useless after finishing the campaign.

That being said, its a good game and if youre a fan of ARPGS you should give it a try, you can play it casually for the whole campaign and just stop after that if its not your jam and still have a great time plus its free so its hard to complain at that price
