I know that we're REALLY behind the times on this, but holy cow. This game is scary. We've never seen any gameplay or anything of this game before, and so we went into it completely blind. If you're on the fence, I'm the kind of person who never gets scared of games, but this definitely messes with you.

This game is so much fun. Probably one of the most fun local two player PC games. It's fast paced and even though there aren't a ton of levels it's hilarious and tense EVERY SINGLE TIME WE PLAY. We absolutely love this game, and think everybody should give it a shot. It's easy and just so fun! 10/10

I wanted to be like all the other cool kids. Peer pressure, man. So I got this game.

Nah, I am kidding. Back years ago, I was at a local video game store, and they asked "Hey, want to pre-order anything?" and I looked at their notebook. I saw something called "Demon's Souls" and so I picked up the limited edition version of that. I don't know why, I had never even seen the game. It was just a good price and I didn't really have any games on the PS3 at the time. A couple months later, I got a call that it was time to pick it up. I did, and brought it home and tossed it on.

An hour into the game, my heart was pounding. Someone invaded my game and attacked me relentlessly. There was no where to run, and I had to fight them. Dark Souls III is a continuation of the same concept from Demon's Souls. I wish I could fully express the kind of world I dove into unknowingly. At this point, everyone knows what Dark Souls is. They purchase this game because everyone is expecting a hard game, and they want to find all the secrets.

With Demon's Souls, I went into it blind and every corner was an experience. Any second could be certain death. Any invader into your world could completely undermine all that you have accomplished up to that point, and it is certainly thrilling.

So with Dark Souls III, I wanted to recreate that. I am playing the game completely blind and I decided to record it. I'll update this review as I complete the game. But feel free to check out my video if you want to see what it's like for me to experience this game for the first time with no knowledge of what to do or where to go.

No pressure though, if you like games that can get your heart rate going, I definitely recommend this game. Sure, it's "hard" but it's also fair. When you get into a groove and realize what you need to do, it becomes akin to a sort of puzzle game, making sure you move all the pieces in the correct fashion to get to the next area.
