I did a mod version of the Arsonist's Emotions a while back - whether it still works or not, I can't say. I can't test it or really change anything if it doesn't work, but here's a link if you want to try it: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9216111/TF2/ArsonistsEmotions.zip

The mod replaces the Whiskered Gentleman or Sore Eyes. Hope it works for you!
