I don't ever leave reviews for games but this season is so monumentally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ I just had to say something, as someone who only started playing Tekken seriously with 8 how am I supposed to get better at this ♥♥♥♥ if the devs are just gonna flip the game completely on its head after a single season without warning? From what I understand no other Tekken has had changes this drastic so why would they do this to 8? Their reasoning for these changes are that they want the game to be more accessible for new players but with the skill ceiling already being so high and the game taking years to truly master throwing changes like this out of the blue only serves to hurt new players more as far as I see it. I've seen plenty of players with 15-20 years+ experience struggling to adapt to these changes so how the hell does any of this help new players? Please for the love of god roll this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ patch back and give us an actual balance patch, April 1st was 5 days ago this isn't funny anymore. Season 1 had issues but it was generally quite fun across the board, I went to play all the older Tekken titles the past couple months while waiting for season 2 to drop and there's a legitimately great game here but it's being completely wasted and run into the ground, the description literally says "the pinnacle of 3D fighting games" and it has the potential to be that, but this season ain't it.
