Fent Reactor 4.0 最近的评测

If you liked Doom 3, you will like this game. Has a "long hallway" feel to it. The Unreal engine was a good choice as its effects and shaders give the almost completely dark environment a realistic feeling. Although I gave this game a "Yes" reccomended status, I would only actually buy this game if it was on sale. That being said, I did find a few turds on this diamond:

Character animations are really weird at times, the facial animations are from the 90's.
The voice overs seem really "disconnected".
There are some events where you will walk by a person that has some importance to the story and you will just lock up in place, sometimes the dialogues are lengthy so get a coffee while the game just forces you to "stand there".
Whom ever did the sound design doesnt know how to properly mix audio. There was a part where I was at the bar in the beginning in the game, and the background noise completely drowned out the dialogue.
For a horror game, this really isn't that scary.

Overall this game isn't terrible, however it isn't that great either. The level of detail put into the levels and characters you really don't see unless you have a fairly large studio or really talented people. It's rather dissapointing to see talent like that coupled with some really badly "cut corners". If I had to give this game a rating out of 5 stars, I'd give it a 3.
