Ill be quite frank with this review, I have played this game over the past 4-5 years or so before it even came onto steam, yes it does have a slow development cycle updates are not often and its still missing features of the game but damn this game can be fun as hell to play try to manage to survive as long as you can since you will die that is certain.

Just beware that it is very easy to die in the game, you could be playing for hours upon hours and 1 mistake could be the death of you, rinse and repeat learn from your mistakes and try to survive longer next time

Great game with memories of Theme Hospital but can stand up by itself a very humorous game that will keep you trying to get those 3 stars on each map, not too hard either so if your good at managing tasks you should have no problem with this game

Buy if you love City Building Games and Simulators, maybe just Buy the game and love it whether you like the genre or not, just LOVE IT
