The game has come a long way since its troubled launch and now delivers what it had initially promised and more. The Developers continue to release updates that improve the game, add new content, and features.

It is rare to see developers that still do this. It is clear that this game has been a passion project for them and it really shows.

This is one of the best sandbox games I've played. It is visually stunning and continues to challenge and surprise me.
It is easy to pick up and learn. It has lots of customization options for difficulty settings for resources, upgrades and death ranging from casual to hardcore that is sure to fit anyone's play style.

The worlds used to be really repetitive, but with each update this has vastly improved. Each world looks and feels unique and different. I would however like to see a bit more variation in ancient ruins, and outposts instead of the same exact layout on each planet.

I definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys base and ship building, space combat, 3rd person combat, resource gathering, and exploration.

Needed a little tweaking to get running on my Win7 x64. here is what I did:


After installing the game go to the folder called "support" install directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Street Fighter X Tekken\support


Click and Run the following executable:

Gfwlivesetup35.exe

This will install all the missing components that should have been installed already and you will be able to launch the game.

You can now sign in with your Microsoft ID that is linked to your XBOX Live Account.

Would reccomend game, its fun. and works using the above steps. I have not been successful with the Community Online Fix which led me to come up with the above solution. If online play doesnt interest you, I highly reccomend the Community Mod Patch. Lots of fun either way.
