Okay let me start off with saying this game does have problems with it, it has glitches and bugs and not the intentional ones, but all in all its a good game. Okay lets get into this review what makes the game good and what makes the game poor.

I love the art style of "Travis Strikes Back" that shows you how Travis gets each individual death ball, with the witty humor and always breaking the fourth wall. I like the how the game peels at the layers to understand what happened from the second no more heroes to this one (but please for the love of god tell me how you got the scar across your eye), basically the lore. The variety of different types of games are really cool even though two of them made me want to grab a flamethrower to my monitor and make me say a few choice words that if i put in here i would be banned. T-shirts t-shirts, oh did i mention t-shirts, holy hell they're so many freaking t-shirt designs all based around indie games, there is at least 1 indie game in there you have to know. I actually love the music. Oh the skills there is alot and they are named after Gundams just thought I would throw that little tidbit in there. It still has those no more heroes charm with its humor, from me beating the hell out of badman in the stage coffee and doughnuts, reading grandpas words of wisdom, and travis strikes back. I also loved the colors they used for each stage and made them unique. Sudas Different games are in the same universe "Killer is Dead" and "Killer 7", hopefully we can see the characters from those games make a comeback in the future nmh games or hell have nmh characters in future Suda games.

Things I wasn't so fond of, lack of voice acting, I'm a simple man who loves to hear his characters speak just hearing Travis saying his lines at the beginning of the game and when I choose and attack with him just isn't enough for me. The fighting is so freaking damn repetitive (on xbox controller) press x to do a light attack that you can hold down and Travis will continue to swing the beam katana oh but watch out dont do it to much or you will run out of energy and have to shake the juices in it, or spam the y button to do heavy attacks but oh watch out its slow, there is also a jump attack for the light attack and the strong attack as well. One hit kill, I'm talking about you stupid floating head thing from life is destroy you destroyed my life (that is all for that part). Bugs, Bugs, Bugs, Bugs, and no I'm not talking about the ones you fight in game, this game had bugs when i first loaded it from Travis, Badman, and Jeane all having transparent line going through them to the game thinking I didn't clear a stage when i most certainly did.

I can go on about whats good and bad more but its 3am and I'm tired so I'm going to end it off with this, if you haven't played No More Heroes 1 & 2 you may be lost in this game because it is a continuation from those, this game has a lot of lore that I'm not going to spoil for you because oh boy theres stuff thats really amazing. If you have played the first two pick this up its not the best looking but its still fun, or wait till it goes on sale, because you save money and get a fun game win win.
