So, I've been following the game so my opinion is a bit mixed.

First, I love the game's first two levels, I think the open space and the gravity mechanic really allows you to explore and do wacky situations when fighting demons. You can get crazy high combos and get an incredibly high armour up to 1000, to show you're doing amazingly.

So far I unlocked the pistols, Shotgun, Sword (Really cool) and Uzis. And each weapon is awesome and gives the right feel for when you're fighting demons.

...Now for the heavy part, the negative feedback.

That praise I said earlier dies in the Circle of Lust, mainly due to it's cramped and honestly impossible to navigate layout. I could only fight 3 clocks before running out of time, meaning I can unlock the next circle, but can't get the new weapon. A flamethrower I believe which is a shame.
The cramped layout leads to situations where enemies just wait at one spot to try to get to me, instead of trying to find their way to me. Since they're bound by gravity and you cannot backtrack in sections without the jumper circles. Which leads to confusion in gravity.
The Level would have been kind of better if it was opened up, or could be opened up partway through. But as far as I know, I can only go to three sections, and that's rather annoying I cannot view more.

The Fourth Level, the Saturn ring one thankfully doesn't suffer from the issues of the former, but it now suffers from an entirely new issue. Demons get stuck on the outer surface which I cannot seem to reach. If I'm not supposed to reach them, this is bad because now it means I cannot kill the enemies I want to kill. meaning I kinda sit there dealin with the dregs.
If I am supposed to reach them, I have no idea how. I tried to spin around the ring to gain speed to shoot myself off... But that doesn't seem to work.

...And that's kind of where the review of mine ends, because I cannot reach the other areas because I cannot play fourth level onward.

Demons are cool and genetic low poly ones that are clearly for fodder, but each individual level has their own take on their styles, so they all look different.

Circle of Hell either needs to follow the examples of the previous levels and be more open and be more openly about lust (Maybe moving parts) than looking like a stripjoint, since the tight hallways and gravity issues they bring are not pleasant.

Circle of sloth needs more. Or at least more direction. Because honestly, it's not very engaging and it kind of just killed my momentum playing the game.

I'm giving a positive review, but that doesn't mean it's perfect, the issues need to be addressed but I think the game is a great time when you're playing levels 1 and 2.

I think I should start the review off by saying: No, the game is not pay to win. The game will not be easier with skins or buddies. That's just not the case.

Second, the game is an interesting take of the whole genre Fallguys set up. Different characters running and jumping and getting powerups to either get rings, race to the end or survive. So far the games are fun and there's a lot of variety on display, I don't think I've seen many repeat worlds yet.

The Events at present give you a fair amount of rewards, you get some good Epic characters to raise your score. Score gained from playing the game and gaining ranks doesn't give much asides from missions and bragging rights.

I think the game so far, is fun and fine. Matches don't last longer than a few minutes, so it's a good rapid paced series of minigames.

Fun game, loved playing it and beaten the game all the way through for this!

Boss fights in the game were a thrill, most require you to slow down and master parrying and countering enemies. Making it more of a case of skill than spam hitting the enemy. My favourite so far was the Train boss, as well as the final boss, but I won't spoil anything.

As for Levels all of them had a fun series of challenges, testing one set of skills hinted at during the hub world levels, which I found to be rather nice! Only one I disliked was the attack orbs which you used to gain height, as I found myself sending myself off to my death more than once. And in the final level it was a root cause of frustration, thankfully you can just dash instead at points. Although whatever level used those attack orbs, I found that incredibly hard to actually beat with my controller, usually performing upper ot side attacks, sending me into bottomless pits.

Story was good. It was a lighthearted story with a lot of Anime-esque themes and tropes and certainly was entertaining to play along!

Controls were fine. Although it took me a while to realise when I did the powerful hits all of my attack gauge was depleted meaning I couldn't dash. I should have bought the upgrade that only drains 1 bar instead for 40% less damage, would have made it so I wasn't taking unnecessary hits.

Music... While interesting to listen too and thematic and upbeat, I honestly can't think of a single tune that stuck with me... But that might have been because I was more focused on playing the game than relaxing and chilling out.

In conclusion: Worth the Money for a fun time! I definitely missed out on a lot of achievements so there's a lot more to the game than I got to experience from start to end. Just make sure to take breaks and to use a controller, definitely the most fun way to play the game.

A very fun and very... You get out what you put in sort of game. The amount of ways to play, from the complicated Gang, weather, heat, random event based game. Or just run through story mode at your own pace, Following the story of Prison corruption. Or just build a prison to resemble a scene in one of your favourite games. Any way you slice it, it's fun!

The game as a whole is pretty good for an RPG, The characters are interesting also each character combat wise is unique and has their own uses, the story is simple yet deep. No real complaints either, other than some battles in the core games down right requireing the DLC, But other than that the games pretty good
