I cannot find a modern analog of this game that is as enjoyable as caesar 3. Caesar 3 has flavor and charm that games like tropico try to match, but dont quite get. Watching dwellings evolve in "real" time as you improve the conditions, is one of the most addictive and rewarding feed back loops ever devised in a city builder. The combat is the only downside, but i yearn for a day where this game is revitalized and modernized, so i can be a governor once again. PS Skip caesar 4. its the same game but worse.

I like violence. Of course I do, It is a part of me.
This is one of the best ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games I have ever played and I cannot stop thinking about it. I have bought it 3 times now, twice for two of my friends, because it is a game meant to be shared and experienced. i have only two clears under my belt, as the game is very challenging, but never ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I die because I suck, not because the game does.

Music and Sound are excellent
Guns and gunplay are so rewarding. You dont know elation until you nail a 10k + 360 Noscope Crit with the 420 SniperDragon
Levels Are fun
Bosses are Memorable, even if youve killed them 100 times
SSeth did this game justice, but its even better than he said.

Fun fact, this game runs extremely well, even on integrated graphics. My work PC might just have this installed on it :)

Buy this game when it is 9.99 and buy a spare copy for your friends. You will not regret it.
